I don't eat until about 11am because that is when I get hungry. Food timing doesn't mean anything. Not eating breakfast when I am not hungry means I have a real big dinner with the hubby instead. Which is way more fun!

me too but really nervous too. I think Idris and Matthew will do pretty good for their roles but I don't know anything about that kid they chose for Jake and they don't have Eddie or Susannah confirmed yet. Nail biter!!!!!

I would imagine if someone doesn't know how to ride or hold their seat properly to follow the horses movement they would end up very sore and just sort of holding on and bouncing around. I never do isolation exercises so there is no body part that is off limits to me. Everything gets worked on with compound lifts.

well that is just tragic! I find that at many big box gyms I see the same thing. I joined a Gold's Gym and while still a bit "big box" I see a lot more serious lifters including a good number of lifting ladies!! Its awesome.

Maybe you could try a good structured program for lifting like Stronglifts, starting strength or Ice Cream 5x5. they come with simple apps so all you do is plug in your numbers and it will tell you what exercises at what weights for that day. now that I have a desk job, I have to put in a little extra effort to hit all my steps. I walk on all my breaks and the dog gets over a mile walk in the morning as well as gym time.

I really enjoy my fitbit. I know I could do just fine without it but I like getting all my steps everyday so its just a little motivator. I got mine free through work so I don't know if I would have splurged on it on my own. I sync MFP and I find its pretty dang accurate for adding back exercise calories...at least for me.

make an appointment with your doctor. You can be diognosed and then a doctor can refer you to a physiotherapist or something along those lines to get you where you need to be.

do you ab work if you enjoy it, but if you are doing a decent lift program like Starting Strength or SL 5x5 you don't really need to. Compound lifts work everything, including your core.
