You have my support. You can do this! Start with making small changes. Some ideas: track your food intake, cut out soda, cut back on sugar and salt, drink lots of water and start with walking and Stretching each day

Looking for support. I do not have a lot to lose but would like to reach some goals including a set of nice beach abs, 3 pull-ups and to run 6 miles! Yes, I believe in you! You need to practice persistence in the gym and in eating a balanced diet. I just started a motivational group and would like to post discussions for advice and support; I will send you an invite!

@LizzieJane9332 raw veggies and hummus, Apple or celery with pb, yougurt with low-sugar granola and fruit, mixed nuts or Almonds (no salt), hard boiled eggs and baked chicken

@cxeex here's an easy one for you. It is one of my favorites for a quick lunch: pita with hummus, sliced cucumbers, radishes, carrots and sprouts

Eat when you are hungry. I have a fast metabolism, so if I am hungry before the gym, I will make a protein-water shake and then eat when I get out of the gym. If I am not hungry I will skip the shake. I also do not do any supplements as I do not think you need them if you practice eating a balanced diet. Black coffee helps…

The most annoying advice I have ever heard is that eating at night makes you gain weight. I do not believe this at all. I eat around 8:30 pm because of my schedule and am leaner now than when I used to eat earlier in the evening!

I love this site. I have had good success with it and feel off the wagon over the holidays. I just joined again and created a group for motivation purpose! You should join my group! (You do not have to be from MN or NH). I did not make up the name haha
