I have JNL Fusion, it's Jennifer Nicole Lees program. She can be a little bit annoying but I really like the set. There are quite a few DVDs in the set, I wanna say 8-10. The program does 30 seconds intervals of two different exercises for three sets. There is a total of about 5-6 intervals. The time ranges from 25-38…

When I get sore muscles I always take an Epsom salt bath and relax in it for about 20 minutes or so. That helps tone down some of the soreness feeling.

My doctor just told me to not go above a certain heart rate number when I exercise. So, once I got the go ahead that my heart it…

I too have fibromyalgia, and I started off by walking for a short period of time and then increased in to an extra minute each day. I am now doing The Firm Express which is High Interval Training for 20 minutes. So, if you work up small you can get to where you want to be. And I find that when I work out it actually helps…

I track my Firm burned calories based on how many calories my Heart Rate Monitor said that I burned. I bought a VivoFit and it syncs with MyFitnessPal, and it automatically links up with each other and will indicate how many calories you burned. Calories burned all depends on the person; some burn more and some burn less.…

I too have fibromyalgia and just found out that I have 4 loose/torn ligaments in my neck and back. Exercising hurts but in the end I feel a lot better. I exercise and then I soak in the tub for about 20 mins with some Epson salt and that helps the pain. I don't really have much extra money to spend on gym costs so I by…

It depends on what kind of work that you do. But if you do the same thing everyday and nothing additional the body won't really respond to it as much and you won't really be progressing. That's what happened to me. I walked about 6 miles a day at work and lost some at first, but then my body got used to it and my body came…

Take a pic of yourself, like mine, and every time you see it you won't like what you see and you will want to do what you can to change it. Make copies and put it near the area you are usually at. And for sure put it on the fridge and pantry, that way when you are tempted you will see that pic and shy away.
