I eat out often, but I am incredibly picky about it. And I limit myself to no soda (although many people opt for diet) and no desert or appetizers. I rarely get fries or that sort of thing. It's doable just less fun sometimes!

Well I'm assuming it will be closer to 23 when I do, and he will be 26, so yes I consider that an appropriate age. Obviously everyone is a little different!

Actually I weigh every morning! Sometimes it can drive me a little crazy but mostly it's good for me to see the numbers, otherwise-- out of sight, out of mind for me!
