I tried some exercises on my mat this morning and didn't last long couldn't lie flat, killed my back and after only working at it for 7 minutes got totally out of breath. I think until I lose some of this belly I need to work exercises that can be done standing up and working with weights

I just got mine yesterday, and since I am really new to exercise and not in the best of shape need to start it out at a very slow speed. The first time this morning I had it where the speed was .6 and could only go at it for 3:30 started to get short of breath. Took a rest and then got back on set the speed back to ,6 and…

I have been taking water pills, because I do retain water. I do like you said only weighing myself before eating and after using the bathroom so doing that right so far. Twice a month not sure if I could trust myself to do that
