Very discouraged
I stay under my calories every day. last Sunday got on my Aria scale weight was 240, get on this morning shows me at 244. I have cut out carbs all together so what Ivan be wrong. Does anyone else have the Aria scale and is it accurate?

How often should I weigh myself
I started out on Sunday at 246.1 and then today got on scale at it read 242.6. Is it possible or even safe to lose 3.5 lbs in just a few days. Should I only weight myself once a week?
