Suggestions for exercise

I am looking for exercises to do without having to lay on the floor, until I lose some of my weight I can't handle laying down on the floor

- Do body weight squats 3 sets of 10 repetitions
- Go to the wall or kitchen counter, do push ups against the wall/counter 3 sets 10 repetitions
- Get two heavy books (3kg/8lbs), do bent over rows 3 sets of 10 reps.
- Using the same books, do overhead press 3 sets of 10 reps.
Rest about 60 seconds between each set. Do this three non-consecutive days per week. Over time, work on progressing each of these exercises/sessions with more weight (adjustable dumbbells are the most cost and space effective). On your “off days” walk.

I wouldn't suggest running or skipping to someone who can't even lie down because of their weight, but walking and swimming would be great low-impact exercises.0 -
