What did most of your start as your goal weight? How much did you have to lose to reach it?
When I first started I set my goal weight at 195, when I started out I was 234.5.
Should I have set the goal weight a little higher at first?

Some people find it easier to have "mini-goals" along the way. No matter what you've set your goal to, you may find that you want to keep going or stop sooner. You can always re-evaluate once you get closer

My first big goal was 154, which is the top weight to hit in the healthy BMI zone for my height. I started at 202 so I lost 48 pounds to get there. Along the way, though, I treated every 5 and 10 pound mark as mini goals.0

Started at 250. My first goal is to not be overweight or obese, morbidly or otherwise. Then I can decide whether I want to start worrying about vanity pounds.0
