Exercise calories

when you are finishing your food log in diary at the end of the day, have you used the extra calories used from exercise, I don't thing I want to eat all it says I can

I don't eat back all of my exercise calories, I usually leave 100-200 calories left over and this has been successful for me so far. I've steadily lost 21 pounds in a year.0

You can't use MFP's calories count, or the count on exercise machines, either. Best to get a good HRM (heart rate monitor) with a chest strap for the most accurate calorie count.0
