A few of my friends have done this .... starting with high consumption of water and drop it crazy low to where they were drinking out of bottle cap when thirsty ... but this was only to prepare for a bodybuilding competition to appear more cut and defined ... you can't do this long term and I can't imagine it would be easy…

Don't ever feel guilty or rude about wanting to be in control and be in charge of your own life and what you choose to eat. If you're in a relationship with someone who is the main cook why not speak up and let them know how you feel about what you both are eating ... there are delish healthy options you can both try ....…

I weigh myself every morning ... may not be the best for everyone ... perhaps it's a little obsessive but I like to see how I did the day before and make adjustments as I go VS waiting a week to see that something went wrong ... just my personal opinion and preference

Any chance you're a little backed up? ... something I discovered yesterday was my issue .... laxative tea helped As for the food .... perhaps you're over cooking the chicken ... mine is always moist ... also try fish like tilapia in the oven with sliced lemon on top

Everything is getting measured/weighed and prepared by me ... also no salt, dairy, rice, pasta, breads in my diet .... it's driving me crazy ....
