Same here. I really need to lose fat before I can even attempt to do certain exercises.

Thank you :). I've been looking around there...hope to find a good one.

Thank you everyone. I didn't know about the recipe app on here so I'll def try it out when I get home. My husband explained how he did it but it's too much math (least fav subject) but it is what it is and I have to calculate it to know. My hubby said to weight the food prior to cooking it, then weight it again after it's…

Yep that's what I'm having trouble with. I really enjoy the meals I cook but would like to know how much calorie I'm taking in. It's healthy recipes but I might be overeating it.

Thanks, I will def give it a try.

Cool beans  When I first started this journey last year I cut out the "white" food and switch to whole grains. I was losing weight pretty well then but just a month ago I did the low carb plan and I wasn't losing weight as fast. Plus, I was out of energy when I worked out as well. I know everyone's body is different…

Thank you lots for the help. I'll try the wake up to sleep. I work from 11pm-7am; and try to eat every 3 hours since I like to snack more than eat sometimes. I head to the gym after I get off instead of going to bed.

Thank you for replying. It's hard to calculate since my days are backwards. I did calculate last year when I first started out but then I stopped. I was losing weight but I wasn't sure if I was eating enough. This time around I want to do it the "right" way so in the long run; I don't have to keep entering food I eat.

Glad I found this forum. I am needing to lose around 80-100 lbs. Add me as friend so we can support each other. Like many people have said -- it's a LONG road so any support and encouragement would be wonderful
