Use a smaller plate when you eat :) I went home also and that's been my trick! Drink a glass of water before you eat also! It'll fill you up faster!

This is awesome advice and i do have an appointment with my family doctor soon.. i gained over 60 pounds in one year so i hope she lets me continue because i have had all the tests done to make sure that my thyroid and such are working properly. Thank you for your response !

what do you eat ?? I changed my calorie goal to 1200 calories per day but now i have to add in other things to get there!

I usually try for 4-5 times a week i usually run and do core and weights.

there is no rush i changed my lifestyle..

i get my carbs from my fruits.. an apple has almost 30grams of carbs.. i eat fruit all day.

because i have cut myself to just eating fruits veggies and protein.. breakfast consists of 1 egg and fruit, lunch usually fish , chicken and veggies, and dinner either a salad with chicken or steak with veggies and snacks are fruit.
