Today I went for a run, for me slow jog but I got in 5.25 miles and 90 minutes worth of time. IT took me a long time to get to the point of handling stress better as a nurse. I make sure I eat even if its while I'm charting or eating on the run. For me about the same. I never reach it but probally if i did the activity everyday, due to my job just cant spend three hours in the gym. I would love it if i could. IT motivates me though to see what i might be seeing soon though.

Zerlinna I hope the interview went well. We have been seeing a lot of flu this month so everyone take care of yourself. I rather you all were healthy . For me I got about 65 minutes in walking and then working tommorow til sunday. We have less minutes this week so hoping we can make it.

Rechecked and fixed. If you all want to recheck the numbers it's fine. Make sure you add the 15 points if you got all the miles and give yourself a point for ever 10% over. I just need them by Thursday.
