He probally has some pressure on the brain or a brain injury. The next 24 hrs are important than the next 24 hrs. The important thing to watch for is brain swelling. You are going to have to do baby steps. I would ask your doctor what you can start doing and what pain meds you might be able to use like gabaperntin or lyrica.

Whole 30 was meant to help people with inflammation diseases and allergies. Now I am not allergic to anything. I was close to needing a knee replacement due to arthritis or so I thought. It depends. I would say yard cleaning yes. Gardening if you are doing heavy gardening, like overturning a garden versus planting or weeding.
