Hello Everyone.
I have been working 21 days in a row and my eating is not good and I don't exercise and all of this is making me so sad. So starting today since there is currently no end in site for this to end. I am going to try an help myself. I am going to take a little 5 min walk every hour if I can.
Today I signed up for the next challenge as well because I love this group environment and helping each other to meet our goals.
So I am sorry for neglecting my team but if it makes you feel any better my family is not getting much of my time either.
Good luck on your weigh ins. I didn't even enter my last week because I gained 2 lbs.0 -

I gained too. Stress and life choices can do that. You can still enter your weight so that you appreciate more when that turns around (my theory and why I entered mine- I am heavier than challenge start but am learning food intollerances and social triggers along the way).
Perhaps the most important person not to neglect is you. Personally, others get my energy more than me so I am working on that. Good luck n hope you do get your 5 mins in. Cheering you on!!0 -

Hi there team, final few days of challenge and I am on a mission to get below my starting weight. Today I weighed in where I started at 121.3lb or 55kg. I got down to just under 120 before bouncing back up n over. Aim to start next challenge at a lower weight than I started this one. Surprisingly happy given stress, socialising n mum visit could have led me to even poorer choices and an even larger gain. Learning what will be the art of maintenance. Still aiming to lose another 6lbs or so and reduce body fat%0
