Did week 4 day 1. I will be on this week for a while. No way I can run and talk at the same time. Got work to do.
-
I have the same question. I am scheduled to be on week 4 tomorrow. Jogging that long scares me. (That I can't do it)

Week 3 Day 3 done.

Week 3 Day 2 done. Still struggling to complete. But I am proud of how far I have progressed.

I am using Chris Powells book Choose to Lose. I just finished my first cycle. So far so good. I am still learning.

How do you use My finesse pal along with the carb cycling? I am finishing up my first cycle and would like some pointers.

How is the carb cycling going? I am reading the same book and will finish my first reset on Friday.

Wow. I am impressed at your times. I did mine on the treadmill, hope that explains part of my time--- 80 minutes. Maybe I would have jogged a bit outside. Can't wait to try again next month.

Count me in. Just saw the post. Walking for sure. If the weather cooperates I will go outside, if not treadmill for me.

How do you record your steps since the garmin website is not synchronizing with MFP? I am not concerned with the calories just recording the steps.

Count me in. I have 110 pounds to lose. I bought a vivofit yesterday. Will send a friend request when I figure out how. (New to myfitnesspal)

1. Get in the habit of tracking EVERY day. 2. Drink water. 3. Work up to 10000 steps a day. (I have a desk job, so I will have to work on that. )
-
I am planning on buying a Garmin vivofit as a late Christmas gift. I need the extra motivation to move more (I have a desk job).
