Try lifting weights or little things like increasing your water intake. Cardio isn't tthe only form of exercise to get you going. Be proud of yourself and I hope you start to feel better soon!

I'm 5"10...I gain my weight in odd places and nobody ever notices my weight gain or loss...I've lost 20 but I kind of prefer nobody talks about it

I want to be able to run mile (s) effortlessly without feeling like I'm gonna die :D But all jokes aside, I just want to be able to look and feel my best. I'm aiming to lose 75 lbs total and be toned.Oh! And do a pull up one day,I'll be satisfied with one.

I'm sorry you have to deal with that :'( perhaps voice how you feel to him or tell him that it needs to stop. Have you tried kale chips? Much healthier, tasty and easy to make.

Drunk water,chew gum, take a nap,read...I keep a scale in my kitchen...that's horrible but it works
