This week I prepped English muffins with a fried egg and a vegetarian sausage patty for my lunches. (No mayo or butter.) They are delish and hold up for a full week in the fridge. They warm in just 30 seconds in the microwave.

Greek yogurt with added chia seeds or advocare shakes. The shakes have 24 grams of protein.

This week I prepped 5 English muffin breakfast sandwiches (egg & vegetarian sausage patties) and 5 containers of cottage cheese with fresh fruit to carry to work all week. The sandwiches hold up very well for a full week in the fridge and warm up in 30 seconds in the microwave.

I grab an advocare shake each morning as I run out the door. I stared the shakes not because I wanted a meal replacement but because I wanted to up my protein. It contains 24 grams.
