I had a terrible injury. Broke my ankle in 3 places. Was non weight-bearing for 6 months. Struggling with ambulation, and put on 14 more lbs on top of weight that already needed to be loss. Now I am 20 lbs. Down and need to lose 30 more to be at goal. I can feel the weight lifting off my knees. If this can be accomplished…

Get on the treadmill to assist in rehabilitation post broken ankle (3 places). Right now it is hurting like $#%#! BUT, I have to push through o:)

With your weight it sounds about right to me. The smaller you get, the less weight you would lose weekly. Calculate 1% of your weight for a weekly goal base number. Every one and BODY is different. Great luck to you! It sounds like your under a doctorsaid care so I would trust what the person with the degree says.

My tastebuds have changed. I use to really enjoy a sweet snack. But now, things taste way too sweet to me. I really pick and choose my treats. Which turns out to be a good thing! :)

Use it as motivation :) I know it's easier said than done. But in the end you win. You don't want to let someone else motivate you to go backwards.
