I use the vivofit, love it, the best feature is the automatic goal setting which seems to tolerate my totally lazy weekends and more active work days without being unrealistic

could be that your excercise is building / toning muscle which will affect your weight loss, i went to the gym 5 nights a week for 18 months, never lost a lb but my body got more toned and i lost some wobbly bits

my tip ........... log everything and if you cant log it DONT EAT IT/ drink it !!! dont guess, dont judge, dont pick something similar. And if you fall off the wagon, it will passing by again in 10 minutes, so just climb back on and carry on your journey.
