You guys are obviously not listening. She chose to give up diet soda for the chemicals not just to "suffer along" for a diet. OP I suggest you drink some chilled herbal tea or fresh squeezed lemonade is also extremely easy to make.

I couldn't imagine eating 1683 calories all in one sitting. My goodness i just know I'd be sick but if it works for you keep it up. Chewing for me is like smoking for some I'd crave the sensation throughout the day.

I think logging sex as exercise is a bit lazy.If that's the best you can do in the way of exercise, then you're not trying very hard! Think of it like logging an apple martini as a serving of fruit ;) you can't give yourself credit for every little thing that raises your heart rate.

Food is fuel! Learn to have a functional relationship with food. You wouldn't drive your car without gas so don't try to "drive" your body without calories!

I know people are saying eat what you like just eat less, and that's true but you should definitely incorporate more healthy choices into your diet. Yogurt is not expensive, and you can save money buying frozen fruits and veggies. Lean Cuisine is not a horrible choice but be sure to watch the sodium!

Exercising at home works just as well!! Get some exercise videos, make a playlist of your favorite exercises on YouTube, sign up for daily burn. Com, go walking outside, dance in the house, the options are endless! Find something that works for you and sick to it

You're cooking for too long! Also doing a brine will always produce a moist chicken! I use a little brown sugar and salt with cold water ( warm water will feed bacteria) and I'll soak the chicken when I leave for work in the morning and cook when i get home! It's always tender and moist :)

If you can be a bit more specific about your disability, I can probably suggest some exercises you could do easily. Also keep in mind that weight loss can come purely from diet changes :)
