My next mini goal is to get below the lowest weight I have been in the last 2 years. That is exactly 1 lb away! After that, my next goal is to get to the weight it says on my license. I'm less than 15 lbs away from that.

I'm a scale junkie. I know it isn't the healthiest decision but seeing how my daily decisions change my daily weight, helps me to try harder to make better decisions. I think it keeps me more focused.

I'm a daily weigher. I wish I wasn't but I feel like it keeps me on track to see that number everyday. My weigh in today was 294.6. I will update next Thursday.

Try switching your goal to 1lb a week instead of 2. I know that taking longer to lose the weight is not what anyone wants to do but if you aren't eating enough, you might fall off the plan anyway. And make sure you are drinking a lot of water.

Sometimes I have to remind myself to think about myself and my food choices like someone with an addiction. 1 day at a time. Even 1 decision at a time. You can do this! Let the last bad decision go and try to make the next one better!
