Down 1.6 lbs this week. I'be been trending down the last 2-3 weeks but I've been on two different antibiotics. I'm down .6 lbs. I feel last Friday in my great room messed up my knee pretty bad. Nothing broken but lots of fluid and blood around the knee cap. Had a pretty bad hematoma on my forearm but it went away after a couple of days. On to the next week.

I've tried a couple of these kind of drugs with limited success in the last 5 years or so. When the insurance quit paying I jumped off them. Then later on I read some disturbing news about the long term use of them. I just can remember what the article I've read said now.
