I drink between 40 to 60 oz a day. That being said I just recently watched a video on YouTube (Dr Berg) who is a Keto mentor and he said that the rule about drinking 1/2 your weight in oz (which would be about 70 for me) isn't necessary. I find myself getting tired of eggs too at times (but not often, I love eggs and quiches), so, unless it is law somewhere....I eat leftovers for breakfast...that little bit of goodness from the night before. It breaks it up a little, plus it is quick to microwave and get on with your day. Blessings!
