  • Lost another 2 pounds this week. Haven't got out & done much exercise as I've been on nights (which usually results in me eating very badly, so pleased I've managed to stick mostly to the healthy eating plan) but will aim to get out and about on my bike a couple of times this week.   • 3 1/2 pounds down on my starting weight, although managed to put on a little this week due to taking part in a chocolate cake cookery course. Was worth it though! Back to the healthy diet again now.
  • I lost 3 lb last week. Eating much more healthily - home cooked meals every day (from the freezer when I don't have time to cook). And I did a 50 mile bike ride, which is the furthest I've done for at least 4 months.
  • I'm aiming for 150 miles this month 2/3 - 12.9 miles
  • My goals are: Log meals consistently (and don't just "forget" to log when I've eaten badly) Eat more healthily (minimising by binge eating would be great) Lose 7 pounds Improve my fitness by doing at least 3 exercise sessions/week
