I do know your pain. I had a baked potato and cream corn last night ( used to be my comfort food) and my stomach feels yucky now. It doesn't help with being sick and not eating enough to meet goals. I have to have a snack closer to bedtime because of medication. So, I'll have yogurt or toast with peanut butter on it. Sometimes I'll have celery, carrots and hummus. You could have a price of fruit too.

I have been on a "No Sugar" challenge for 21days. I just got off of the challenged so I decided to try a Dr. Pepper (which was my soda) and it tasted awful. Our Community pool does water aerobics in the shallow end and one in the deep water classes. They also do have an aqua Zumba class. I've done the deep water and shallow end classes, but I prefer the shallow end class. I get a better workout. With adding exercise to my eating program I've lost 12 pounds in one month.
