  • I have to have a snack closer to bedtime because of medication. So, I'll have yogurt or toast with peanut butter on it. Sometimes I'll have celery, carrots and hummus. You could have a price of fruit too.

  • Our Community pool does water aerobics in the shallow end and one in the deep water classes. They also do have an aqua Zumba class. I've done the deep water and shallow end classes, but I prefer the shallow end class. I get a better workout. With adding exercise to my eating program I've lost 12 pounds in one month.
