Anyone doing Low Carb?

I'm looking for friends that eat LCHF. I am needing support. As of right now I am going it alone and have cheated the last two days in a big way. If you eat LCHF and need a support buddy please add me. So far the friends I have on here don't talk.

You may want to try a MFP low carb group.

Ha, I don't talk all that much - but I do keep the carbs pretty low. Sugar just makes me want more sugar...and I don't need that kind of temptation. Hard boiled eggs, hummus, sharp cheddar...strongly flavored, protein snacks are my go-to.0

@FatMomma89 I have been LCHF for 14 months and it works great to reduce my joint and muscle pain and much much more health wise. There was/still is a learning curve in my case so do not be too hard on yourself. As the health benefits continue to get better and better in my case so my efforts. Best of success

I struggle day to day with low Carbs. I try to find new foods that are eating clean and Organic wholesome foods. I like plain Greek yogurt with my own fresh or frozen fruit, eat mostly veggies, fruits, Organic HMO free non process non chemical based meats, I still eat cheese but mostly white cheeses, beans and brown rice (espically if the beans are black 4 they make a complete protien)and nuts.
There are websites that I use that help with low Carbs and they are good. I can get them for you if you like and you can try them out too?

just my .02 but if you are having trouble doing LC then maybe you should try a moderate carb approach? Unless of course you have some kind of medical condition that requires you to go LC...?
You can eat carbs and lose weight, just maintain a calorie deficit.0
