There is a shake called Power Core, which has 150 calories and 20 grams of protein per bottle. It tastes really good, especially the vanilla one. I can't recommend any protein powders, because they all taste chalky to me.

5'4" SW- 170 CW-167 GW- 130 I have 33 pounds to go! Haven't seen the 130s since 2007! I've been maintaining 160-170 all this time, but it's too much for my frame.

You are probably not eating enough fruits/veggies and whole grains. Also triple zero Oikos yogurt has 6 grams of fiber per serving. There are tortillas with 8 grams of fiber. I noticed that the one you use has only a gram. Look up fiber content of fruits/veggies and try to eat a couple a day. Good luck!

Eh, he is young. But I do agree with most points. Especially get your kids active and stop feeding them crap. I cringe when I see overweight kids. There is absolutely no reason for a child to be overweight. It's sad.

First time I ever tried a cheeseburger, peanut butter, donuts...was when I was 19. Well I did grow up in Europe so they weren't really popular over there. For the record I love all of these things now.

Don't make any diet/exercise changes you are not willing to maintain long term. So no crash dieting for me.

Core power protein shakes are pretty good. The light version has only 150 calories and 20 grams of protein. Besides meat and greek yogurt, not many things have high protein. Maybe beans and rice?

I always have feta cheese, eggs, ezekiel bread, tuna fish, yogurt, fish and pudding.
