Thanks for the feedback! I'm just starting out so there are days when every calorie counts! I tend to err on the side of over estimating calories in food and under estimating those burned. Since my goal is weight loss I figure I can't go wrong that way.

Setting my goal for 40 miles... My half isn't until the end of May so I'm trying to stay with it through the cold months. :#

I think we could all use a little help every now and then. I have 25lbs to lose and I have been losing and gaining back the same 10 for the past six months. I'm so frustrated!
