Yes you're right! I was kind of going on the assumption that on a day where she nets that low she would be hungry (haha I would be) but that may not be the case.

I would say never force yourself to eat back the calories if you're not hungry. If you're hungry and have leftover calories, then by all means eat!! Or you can use them as a bonus to eat a treat :D

Yay for being back on track!! I only discovered the MFP community a few days ago but I've found it really helpful already :) I try to log daily - though I gave up for a couple weeks there when I was away for the holidays.. argh.. - and I'm bursting with recipe ideas lately. Have you set any short term goals? Actually…

Definitely don't keep doing the videos incorrectly, you could hurt yourself! Walking is good but depending on your fitness goals you may want something that builds more strength or gets your heart rate up more. Have you tried other sports other than workout videos, which are apparently not the way to go for you?

Fruit are is good for you! If you hit yous nutrient needs, fit into your calorie allowance and feel good on that diet, then I guess it's fine. Personnally I need more complex carbs and protein or I will feel physically weak. The only high-something diets I believe in are high variety and high nutrient content :D

Go for it and try a few lessons! A coach will be able to give you tips and and notice things that you can't see. Also, if you're training for a triathlon I would definitely recommend you do a few open water swims because the conditions are completely different. Swimming is my strongest discipline and on my first tri I…

It's great and the possibilities are almost limitless. You can add all sorts of fruit (blueberries & bananes are my favorite) and sprinkle slivered almonds or coconut flakes. I also love to top with honey, maple syrup, peanut butter.. Yummy with vanilla or chocolate whey :P I've even seen people make it in the oven with…

-

Same here, people around me are not really supportive but I'm just discovering what a great community there is here! Feel free to add me and help keep each other motivated :)
-
Sounds great! Exactly the amount I'm trying to lose and am aiming to reach my goal by my birthday in April :D

1. No injuries this year!!! 2. Run a 10k in under an hour 3. Do my first olympic distance triathlon
-
Once I've gone off track I find it really hard to start again but hang in there and when you start seeing the benefits it'll keep you motivated!

Either one could be a great burn depending on how intense a workout you do. If you don't sweat on the bike, crank it up a notch :)

It's great that you're motivated again! Happy to help!

23 here :) I log most days but would love to make friends to keep each other motivated !

haha yeah having to cut out food for yucky medicine sucks. Often times when I'm sick I actually lose weight even though I stay in bed for days. Get all the rest you need and you can put in the hard gym work when you're better!
-
Feel free to add me :) I log most days though not recently as I was away for the holidays, need to make up for that now!!
-
This! Plus maybe you need to reduce the portion? I have switched to reduced fat options as I found it soo frustrating to only have a tiny bit of peanut butter

Hey girl, I completely understand how you feel, also dealing with the same kind of eating disorder. It's great that you are seeing someone about it. Will the corset help? It can't hurt I guess (as long as it's not too tight!!). I've noticed that if I wear tighter, high waisted jeans I will eat less. But what's stopping you…

You can add me ;) I log most days, though not lately because I've been away for the holidays! I'm also looking to lose just a few kilos and it's not always easy to find support in the people around you if they aren't in the same mindset!
