It won't let me add my start weight - 149 or goal weight (challenge) 139. Can someone add for me please?

Didn't achieve the 20lb, but I'm delighted with 14lb I have lost! Now in the 140s! Looking forward to July 4th challenge and am hoping for further 10lb (or more) to get into the 130s. Thanks for the positive support everyone. :)

Mine not linking either, seems to be an intermittent problem, sometimes the refresh works and sometimes it doesn't. Very frustrating!

So great reading everyone's posts, very encouraging and keeps me motivated. Lost another 2 lb this week - down to 156, slowly but surely I am on target! Noticing the little things, like my rings are looser on my finger.

I eat porridge, made with mostly water, but add a little milk, top with fresh fruit and/or agave syrup to sweeten

I'm aiming for 10k per day, was 11k yesterday as we were out shopping. Don't know what it will be like tomorrow when I'm back at work - desk job - need to make sure I get in my exercise and dog walking time!
