Thanks for the answer. That's good information. I have also heard about the kidney stones. But more often than not I am probably under daily calcium anyway. @JanetYellen I had some in my almond milk with breakfast, but I just had most of it a little while ago. I had a shake with whey protein and yogurt.

Ouch, that sucks! I had chick-fil-a once and it was reeeally good. With all the people getting sick lately I don't think I'll be eating Chipotle anytime soon. But they do make a damn good burrito. Lol. And mmm chicken wings. I like the boneless. Which is basically mini chicken strips, in all their fattening glory Lol…

I have also hear Cheesecake Factory food is pretty high calorie. Which is a shame because everything I've ever had there was pretty darn good. I'm sure they do have some lighter options that are just as good. But yeah I bet they're popular because of their rich food. Baker's Square actually has quite a few tasty options…

You look fabulous!! I'm also 5'6" and currently at 185lbs. I would like to lose at least another 20lbs. I have a medium to large frame so I don't expect to lose a ton more weight and be able to maintain it.

Thanks, haha! I hope to some day love my arms. I carry weight in my arms and I want to make them stronger so I feel positive about them and not so critical of them.

Thank you! I am hoping to get under a 30 minute 5K now. @kim : I really love running, too. My next goal is to run my 5k without struggling at the end.

Mine are distance and speed, I suppose. My first goal was just doing a 5k and then my second goal was a 30 minute 5k. I'm also happy with the small things, too. Like every time I run reducing my 5k time until I hit the 30 minute mark.

I know exactly how you feel. But just log it and move on, like everyone is saying. Vow to do better tomorrow. Exercise a bit harder tomorrow. It will make you feel better. It's what I do. All about finding balance. It'll be alright =-)

I think I'm well proportioned. I have wider shoulders, a small waist and curvier hips, thighs and butt. I love my eyes and lips. I have thick hair and I like my skin tone. I'm also pretty strong, or working on it.
