Didn't do the exercise challenge this week but have been doing lots of other exercise. Reckon I'm on track to hit 3000 cals burned by the end of tomorrow (2476 so far)! Eating wise have had a meat free day, a low cal cake (wicked wed), soup day - and it was carrot leek (and potato) soup so i probably hit my 5 a day too…

Didn't think to look for strength in cardio! Cheers.
-
That's a cute picture tho! I don't want to 'lose it' when I'm doing so well so that's why I'm banning stuff for a bit.

Soup tonight! Did fitness blenders lunge workout. Feel so weak and wimpy. Had to sit down for a bit after to recover and it was only 7/8 mins (but 100 lunges!). Definitely think strength workouts should count as calories burned on mfp but as they count cardio as roughly double i don't suppose i can complain realy.

Love this. Had forgotten about that line. Thanks for reminding me.

Just watched episode 1 and it's looking good so far.

I'm eating too much chocolate at the moment. Mindless snacking is creeping back in. Going to try to get back on track by cutting sweet stuff out of my diet from 16th april for a month (got a planned day of excess on 15th). Annoyed because i was managing moderation until easter came along!

Very active day today - cleaning windows, mowing lawns, walking to the shop and back = 798 cals burned today. And ... haven't made this today but here's a low calorie cake recipe for wicked Wednesday (friday) which is easy and tasty. http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/11029/fruity-sponge-cake I swapped the filling…

Wasn't too bad. Had porridge for breakfast and then a jam sandwich for lunch before i read the challenge so decided that i could manage to go meat free. Made a veg pasta bake instead of something meaty for dinner. I would say that its been very carb heavy today and I've not felt as full up so would recommend adding extra…

Spent the morning emptying out the garden shed and refilling it so didn't try the exercise challenge today. Think that I'll probably only manage it 2 days this week because it's really nice weather for the next few days so I'm going to be doing outside exercise. I did meat free 'monday' (wednesday) today. Usually I'm quite…

Lychees are good. And don't eat the stone. Well done on completing challenge one!
-
Any news about challenge 2? Enjoyed the 1000cal challenge
-
Final day= 608cals => 2136 total Which is last week plus 1079 cals. Didn't do the eating challange tho.
-
2lb down. Now I'm 195lb. 15lb until 180.
-
Day 5= 0cals Day 6= 98cals => 1528 total Hopefully going to have an active day tomorrow.
-
I'm going to see how i feel at 180lb and then decide what to do then. I've never been that weight as an adult so it's difficult to make a final goal!
-
Day 3= 0cals (raining) Day 4= 504cals (not raining) => 1430 total! definitely wouldn't have done that much without this thread.
-
Thank you for illustrating my point.
-
197lb. With a goal (at the moment) of 180lb. Just reached onderland.
-
Target: 2057cals Day 1= 408cals Day 2= 518cals Looking good so far but working 12hr shifts the next 4 days and fitting exercise in around those can be tricky. Hopefully there will be some nice weather so i can walk in/during lunch. How's everyone else getting on?
-
Would like to lose 17lb in the next 11 weeks but would be happy with 12. Currently 197lb and achieving either of those would make me the lightest I've been as an adult (a bit ashamed of that).
-
Ok. So last week i burned 1057cals according to mfp. Lets see if i can up it this week.

This some more. I want this "diet" to become a permanent way of life so i eat what i want but within my calorie limit and occasionally (not to a schedule) have days or meals when my calories go crazy. I still log everything because i find it interesting but i feel that this is a more realistically sustainable way to…
-
Wow! 1000 days of logging in. You're my hero. Really. I'm really geeky about that kind of thing. I'm on day 86 and already feel like I'd cry if i had to start at 1 again!
-
It was not unclear. It was 8lb lost since i last added to the thread and the thread total was the previous thread total plus 8lb. The 2nd comment of mine that you objected to was simply asking for clarification regarding the constantly changing running totals. Since i last posted on this thread (I'm sorry i don't know the…

Can add the average human brain to my weight loss.
-
I know it doesn't look very happy. Hopefully meatball is now super slim or on the way there (like us  )
-
Been looking into this a bit more because I'm a bit of a geek and it's a notion that appeals to me. I started off needing to lose a midsize microwave or "meatball" the fat cat: I've lost the weight of a sperm whales brain (who weighed it?) And I still have to lose a pug, dining chair or car tyre (my spare tyre?)
-
Shouldn't it be 645.9?
-
I've lost a sperm whale's brain of weight tho!
