Hi. I would like to do the Character Carol challenge this week however it involves 1 minute of jump roping or jumping jacks. I am unable to perform those due to a medical issue. Can I use my elliptical or march in place for that 1 minute instead and still qualify for the challenge?

Week 1 Challenge Bonus Point #1 I work as a Home Health Aide in clients homes. I am incorporating short 1-3 minute workouts when my client is busy. Hi, I am Lisa and my character is Carol :) My goals are: Steps: 5,000 steps daily Zumba class: once a week Note: Zumba may be more than that but with my work schedule and the class times it is hard to fit in. This challenge will, at least, get me there once a week!
