lean ground beef is definitely not as greasy but getting very expensive and the 70/30 or 80/20 has more flavour in my opinion. The receipe makes a huge amount...I had a serving and a 1/2 and was stuffed

I made this yesterday as well, and found it a bit greasy (I drained it but used 70-30 not lean beef) and drained off some of the grease from the top before serving. I was nice and moist. I used 3 eggs instead of 4 due to the other comments about it being eggie and used only 3/4 of the cheese. I added chopped onion and…

oh my! Microwave, fresh, warm pork rinds...I will have to investigate and get some of those...although that might be dangerous,,,thanks @Artemis68 and @Limath

Where in Ontario are you @cottagegirl71 ? I am close to the Michigan border so I have to go over there and get them. They sell the small bags in our grocery stores but they are the same price as the big bags in Michigan. I love my pork rinds and I dip them in sour cream...yum. Only wish I could get the salt and vinegar…

Good morning/evening ladies I cannot relate to you ladies and your Mother problems as I was blessed with a beautiful Mom. She passed away 2 years ago and I miss her very much everyday. I did have the normal Mother/Daughter issues as a child but never the anything bad just a young girl thinking that Mom didn't know…

Hello ladies, good to hear everyone is doing well @GrannyMayOz and @wheatlessgirl66 , I could not imagine seeing my carb count at 40 now...must feel so weird to you both but perhaps is just the thing you need to do to get things moving. Happy belated @Sk8Kate - nothing worse than having a cheat and not enjoying it Congrats…
-
awesome results @Kitnthecat - I wish! I am back down the .5 I was up yesterday so the same weight since weigh in. A nice NSV this a.m. though - was heading out to a doctors appt and the weather is to be in the 80's so I went and tried on some of my dress shorts and shorts that I could NOT take on my Mexico trip in January…

Hi ladies, have been reading the posts but as you see, haven't been posting myself. Am very depressed lately as I went to the grandbabies house for the weekend and seem to have gained back the 3 lbs I lost the week before (after a month stall). I did have a few small things that I shouldn't have had but man - 3 frickin'…

Beautiful work Karlotta - I could never do the crossstitching (too tiny of work for my eyes)

Good morning ladies, nice to read all the nice uplifting chats this a.m. May and Nill - beautiful work. I have taken up sewing and love to make things for my 2 grandchildren and my 8 great nieces and nephews - I never buy a gift but rather love to make different/unique gifts. I,like Janice, live in Canada (Ontario) and has…

weathered the wind and beat the rain/hail and got in 50 minutes.....feels so good to the mind and body. Have a great day ladies

@Kitnthecat and @wheatlessgirl66 - I was joking as well about the liposuction - I had 2 x C-Sections 30 and 28 years ago and that belly pouch just won't seem to go away...
-
Good morning/evening all @GrannyMayOz hope you are feeling "right" very soon. That long, hot walk you had has probably dehydrated you and hopefully you will be feeling much better very soon. @wheatlessgirl66 I understand your discouragement on the stall - I was stalled for 4 weeks and finally broke through. Don't give up,…

Hello ladies, very happy to check in today with a weight loss....finally....after a 4 week stall - down 3 pounds, woot, woot. I upped my calories by 100 to 1600 and exercise by 20 more minutes (I don't eat back the calories or at least not all of them anyway) and ate more meats/fat and less veggies and voila, finally. Not…

thanks so much @Dragonwolf

-
Congrats @Kitnthecat !
-
My goals are set at 75% 20% and 5% carbs - which is 20 for the day
-
I'm not a big poster but, I'm with you @RisiM and @wheatlessgirl66 , I am also so frustrated. It will be 4 weeks tomorrow with no weight loss..ugghhh. I have decided to up my calories to 1600 (from 1500) and up my exercise (helps that the weather is beautiful) and stay away from the scale for at least 1 week (instead of…
-
@RATSMITH69 - congrats on your last treatment - better days ahead for you
-
hope you are feeling better this week and you have my positive thoughts heading in your direction <3

I love this site and found it through @tq33702. I found that I was not getting enough fats per day and now put every meal in this before I eat it to ensure that I am around a 2 and the weight loss has improved greatly. Thanks @tq33702 for posting it on your daily diary analysis

I spit out (into a napkin) a warm piece of buttered bread last night at a restaurant...that was the first time since Jan 1 that I have had bread and could not stand the taste and previous to Jan 1, would have ate the whole loaf!
