  • Hmmm...I guess I never considered that. I'm sure you all must understand my confusion. For years, I've been indoctrinated with the mindset that the only foods you could eat and still lose weight are foods that are good for you, not foods you enjoy.

I set that goal simply to have a goal, but am more than willing to change it based on the advice of people, like yourself, who have actually done it. Thanks for your input!
  • Thank you for the advice. I guess I stated those areas simply because those are the areas that need to be toned the most. In other words, I know some workouts target specific areas. I don't necessarily need a workout DVD that targets belly fat, but rather, one that focuses more on my problem areas.
