30 min tempo run. Just shy of 3 miles. Scheduled my next bodyfat test for next week. The moment of truth approaches!

That's one of the reasons I'm hesitant to lift with free weights. I'd love to do a big compounds lift program, but... my back. It scares me.
-
I had this same one for years. I recently upgraded to the monster 22-lb version. I can weigh a whole pot of chili, still in the cast iron pot!!! Boo-yah!

Don't blame your boobs. Blame your bra. I've worn an Enell all the way from 44G to 36DD. I've been running comfortably the whole time. Life changing.

Today's run was supposed to be 3 miles easy, and it was! I'll hit the Y a little later for some strength work.

When doing the grocery shopping, I used to be asked consistently by this one cashier, "Would you like help bringing your bags to your car? It's no trouble!" Now, 65 lbs lost and after he saw me put a bag with 6 2L soda bottles in it into the cart one-handed, the same guy just said, "You don't need help to your car, do…

Only if it pushes your total calories eaten for the week over your maintenance amount.

Grams get you down to smaller increments, so they're more accurate.

I always used a backpack carrier for that sort of hiking/walking.

Powdered milk, if it truly is just dried milk, is different. Creamer is almost always non-dairy. Yes, Coffee Mate is a creamer. You're not missing anything. :)
-
Table salt is unlikely to be your problem, especially if you can't readily identify the sources. You'd already know it if you were putting that much salt in things yourself. Packaged and restaurant foods are almost certainly the issue. Read your nutrition labels and check restaurant websites.
-
Let me clarify: Creamer is only the fake stuff. Powdered or liquid non-dairy. Cream is whole cream. Half-and-half is half cream, half milk.

@Djproulx -- Well, there y'are then. Reviews were good; features seem to be as needed. Ordered it. I'll let you know if I have questions when it arrives. The plan today was for 5m on the treadmill, but I delayed and the Y was closed when I arrived. So I did laps around a local lake. Hilly trail run, though, so I shortened…

I row as well, among other things. I'm 65 lbs down, 16 to go.
-
You just did! Welcome!

I don't really abstain, per se. I just don't regularly keep them around. I still have them occasionally. Cheesy crackers. Cookies. Cake. And I don't even like cake.
-
@Djproulx or anyone else -- Have you had any experience with the Garmin 920xt?
-
Yeah. I've been resisting it, but maybe it's time.

So, on Thursday, I was supposed to run 3 m easy, and accidentally ran 3 m fast. Today, I was supposed to run 4 m easy. I measured wrong and ran 4.6 m easy. :-/

Lower your weekly weight loss goal to get more calories. Exercise some to earn a few more. That's a lot of calories spent on snacks for such a low calorie goal. If you stay with 1200 cals, fitting in crisps is going to be a challenge.

Weight loss and health are two different things. This Subway diet would work for weight loss like any other diet if it fits your allotted calories and it's sustainable for you. I wouldn't do it because I couldn't and wouldn't want to eat like that forever, which would mean I'd have trouble maintaining afterward. Also, I do…

Just a minute ago I had a long internal debate about whether I should still race in Athena class (optional for women at 165+ lbs) once I hit my goal of 168. But if I'm going to be competitive with lighter runners, I'd have to drop another 20 lbs, which I don't see the value of otherwise. So goal-setting has become about…

That's fairly common, I think. I saw a guy do it in a race. Looked exceedingly painful. Sure hope so!!

Not many, compared to lots of you guys! Banana, Romaine, potato, cauliflower, and (soon) an orange or blueberries.

I was thinking this the other day. I've eaten more treats this year since I started MFP than I ever have before, because I know it'll fit. No more uncertainty.
-
Yes. It might take a while if you need a lot. :)

I haven't heard of Swerve, but the difference between granulated and confectioner's sugar is just the grain size. Confectioner's sugar has been ground into a powder.
