Interesting. I have another vice you could try that would give you all of those same feelings... fuzzy, food tastes better... without the other side effects. It also gives you dry mouth so that might make you feel dehydrated? Do you see what I'm getting at?

Thanks for asking this -- I log as:* 20 minutes stretching (hatha yoga) * 20 minutes strength training (vigorous effort) * 20 minutes calisthenics (vigorous effort) ... as this generally mimic's my boxes workout format. Also -- I've been reading lately that a lot of "gluten free" foods (i.e. pastas and breads) have way more sugar than their gluten counterparts! I'm very careful to read labels on all gluten-free products now!

I would get really bloated from all of the water retention and muscle fatigue. Monitor your sodium and stay the course! It will all even out eventually.
