My logic exactly. I was fiddling with the goals last night after dinner and the difference in caloric between 1lb per week and 2lb per week is substantial. Even if I managed 2lbs a week for a month or so there's no way I could keep it up. I'll be the tortoise on this one

Because that's what the scales say I weight. If I look really really really close I can see my kg weight but the markers are so small on my mechanical scales I can't tell exactly.

Hi! I tried insanity once and it just wasn't for me. I much prefer running every other day and slowly improving my distance/time/speed :). T25 looks pretty intense. Perhaps it might be worth investing a couple of weeks doing the beginning of the couch to 5k workouts just to get you up to speed!
