Hi all. I'm looking forward to working with as many awesome people as possible to a common goal. Need to lose 15 lbs by Feb 15 2015. Let's do this!

    Welcome! That sounds a bit fast, though. Remember: 0.5 to 2.0 lbs per week is usually recommended as a healthy way to lose weight. Otherwise, you aren't really changing the behavior that led to gaining weight in the first place, and you are unlikely to keep it off.

    Of course, I did that earlier on in my "diet life". Now, 116 lbs lower in 15 years, I think it's a good thing to lose it slowly :)
