I did 30 minutes of cardio this morning. I joined a biggest loser competition at work that lasts until thanksgiving. Hopefully it will give me the much needed motivation I have been lacking.

Okay, so I was at a record 200 days of logging in, and then I went on vacation somewhere without Internet access. That was a month ago and I have not gotten back on the horse since. @Shirley61 Don't beat yourself up too much. We spend a lot of time boating and camping over the summer, so I know just how hard it can be too lose. The fact that you have stayed within a few pounds is a good thing. Jessica

T25 speed workout. I was a bit slow, but I made it through. Now I have to put up a fence around the garden because apparently the deer like my tomato plants. :p

I haven't done much by the way of traditional workouts this summer. Hubby and I moved into a new house last year that has zero landscaping. I am spending 6 to 8 hours a day working outside. I am sore and too exhausted to do aerobics, but I can tell I am losing some of my Cardio gains. On the plus side, my legs and butt are…

This is my problem exactly. I start celebrating the end of the week Friday and I don't stop until Sunday. I have to find a way to get out of this pattern because I am not making the progress that I want to. Jessica

I was a bit sick at the start of last week, and once I skipped working out Monday and Tuesday, then it turned into the whole week off. Ugh! It is so easy for me to get off track. @SeeAhtter787 Just thinking here...would it be easier to just have one weekly weigh in and one weekly chat that we used throughout the entire challenge? It would be easier to look back at previous week's progress this way, but there could be negatives that I have not thought of too. Jessica

It was a gorgeous weekend, so I spent the last two days installing raised garden beds and shoveling 4 yards of dirt. I think I am going to be sore tomorrow. Jessica

I'm in! I've been on vacation in Gatlinburg this week, so I am not jumping on the scale until tomorrow. I don't know what it will show because even though I ate and drank freely, we hiked 6-10 miles every day. Jessica
