I swam carefully. I was having massive knee pain this morning. Then I cleaned house some more. Made dinner and some chocolate no bake cookies for the kids that are staying with us for 4 days. I'm beat to pieces.

Weights this morning; triceps and chest. Day 4 of the 50/50! Going for a walk at lunch.

I told my trainer that I probably wouldn't be seeing her through the summer; she said that's okay, because she knows I've got the motivation to keep at it without her. Then she came up with a new lifting plan that will work better for me at my gym. She's all kinds of awesome!

Ran 1.3 miles with 30 second sprints every few minutes. Then leg work with my daughter.

I swam for 45 minutes. And I walked till my legs were dead. And then I kept on going because I'm a mom. I ended up walking 6.78 miles and climbing 43 floors according to my Fitbit.

    Day 5 of the 50/50!

Hubby wanted White Spot for dinner last night because he forgot to thaw the chicken. I was just about to tell him no when he said 'We could walk there.'
So, 45 minute walk for dinner last night.

20 minute walk this morning; we'll see if I go for a lunchtime walk. :)

It was a gorgeous weekend, so I spent the last two days installing raised garden beds and shoveling 4 yards of dirt. I think I am going to be sore tomorrow.

I had another rest day. I made waffles and sausage for the boys we housed. After breakfast I took them on a tour of town. After all there is way more to town than my house, McDonald's, and the high school. Then I took them to the ferry terminal and went out to help a friends mom with a sewing project. I didn't even cook dinner. We went out. I feel much better today. My legs aren't nearly as sore as they had been.

    Oh @SeeAhtter787 , I'm coming to visit you!! Waffles. . . . .

Saturday was weights again, legs and shoulders. Yesterday was a 20 minute run. Today was a 20 minute 'rest day' walk (day 8 of the 50/50) and it's so gorgeous out there I might go for a mid-afternoon walk!

18 holes of golf today on this beautiful 89 degree day in NC.

Did not eat all my allotted cals. Going on a two day mini trip tomorrow so will save them for that.
Will be walking and hiking a lot. Fun times.

20 minute treadmill run this morning. The new treadmills at the rec center have 'courses' you can run; instead of TV, they display different running trails! This morning I was running in California. And the imagery slows down/speeds up according to the speed you're running!

I have to send my dry suit off for repairs so I hit the weight room at the rec center. I thought I was a wimp but I guess doing 50 butterflies with 50 lbs isn't as wimpy as I thought. I managed 100 crunches on the crunch machine with 60 lbs. I did leg squats (I lost track of how many) with 60 lbs too. For being a "fat girl) I have power that is didn't know I had.

Hit the weight room again today. Ended up sick yesterday. Weirdest thing ever.......went to bed with a 101.5 fever and woke up at 2:30 when it broke however I was really really tired yesterday so I took the day off. Fever lasted all of about 6 hours. After weight room I walked the track until it was time to go eat lunch with Iris.

Last night Yin Yoga at my studio, 75 mins. Holding postures for 5 mins.

Started doing some laundry this morning and we had a flood. Our plan still is to get a walk in after the Town comes and checks this out. Grrrr!

Yesterday I hit the weight room at the rec center. Sadly half of the exercises I do is not in MFP databank. And I walked the lake with the dogs.

Today my knee was killing me so I'm taking it easy.
