Thursday night I did legs with my trainer.
And then played dead for the rest of the weekend. I still hurt!!! I managed to do biceps and lats this morning. Hopefully I can go for a run tomorrow!

My exercise for today was the same as yesterday. Yesterday I made a chocolate peanut butter pie, a chocolate cream pie and 2 baby mincemeat pies. Today I made 2 pumpkin pies an apple pie and a big mincemeat pie. The big mincemeat pie is for my parents. The baby ones are for friends. The chocolate pies were for our party tonight and the pumpkin and apple are for our party tomorrow night. And then tonight I walked the dog around the block.0
