Medical. My hubby was having an Optirectomy Reversal. (An Optirectomy is when the optic nerve is connected to the rectal nerve and you have a *kitten* outlook on life). Actually he had Lasix surgery on Thursday. He loves his new eyes!!!!!
I did a little bit of walking on Thursday and Friday. I sat around most of Saturday on the ferry.

Just finished week3day1 of C25K. Invigorating. Made it all the way without stopping.

Ran this morning; yesterday was weights.
Got brave enough to try the new machine at the gym; the PowerMill.
For about three minutes. Holy. Hell. Batman.

My daughter and to planned to go to the gym before work... Yeah that didnt happen. I give a huge shout out to all of you that do that!!! Not giving up yet but, man not looking forward to it. Walked hilly 1.82 miles on my lunch.0
