I've had a jawbone for quite a while now and it is easy to use and syncs well with my MFP app. I've never used the fitbit so don't have any comparison information.

Just for today I will get done the house cleaning tasks that I have set for myself. Doing those things gets me off the couch and burning at least a few calories!

Thank you Joan! Just for today I will focus on eating slower. I know that I eat too fast and that allows me to just continue to add more food to my body and that is no good! Have a WONDERFUL day MFP peeps!

Too hot to walk outside! I have the exact opposite problem as it is 20 degrees outside but feels like 9 degrees with wind chill!!! Luckily I work in a building that has four stories so once an hour I do a loop to work on my daily steps total.
