Proteins. Eggs are cheap and a large egg is only 70 calories each. A 3 egg omelet with veggies for less than 250 cal. Great way to stay the day and keeps me full till lunch

In Evansville Indiana Aldi, eggs are $1.69 and do is a gallon of milk. It's good prices, so I stock up every time I go. Also they have a really cheap white wine that is good to throw in a splash when stir frying
