Veggie stir fry ideas?

Snow peas, water chestnuts, carrots (cut small), bell peppers (all colours), bean sprouts, zucchini, and cauliflower. I make stir fry's with as many veggies as I can find in my house and add it some nuts such as cashews.0

Snap peas, carrots, red potatoes, garlic, broccoli, green beans and zucchini in mine.0

snap peas, onions, garlic, broccoli, water chestnuts, baby corn, bell peppers, mushrooms, sometimes I get frozen "stir fry blend" veggies because they keep longer than fresh veggies. I got a really good one at Trader Joes that had shiitake mushrooms in it0

Add a splash of white wine while it is cooking, gives a good flavor0

If I don't use a frozen stir fry veggie mix I just use carrots, broccoli, onion, and bell peppers.0

Crumble half an oxo cube over the veg when nearly cooked this adds a no calorie flavour (chicken or vegetable)0

I make stir fry with diced chicken, fresh green beans, mushrooms (fresh if I have them if not canned), water chestnuts, cabbage. Any vegetable you like. Last night I made a stir fry with chicken, cabbage, onion and green pepper, edamame and stif fry sauce. Then decided to put them inside an egg roll wrapper and baked them. They were delish.

I like lean turkey, venison and peppers (green, red and yellow), onions, mushrooms (fresh veggies). I put season salt, pepper, lemon pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to add some flavor. I eat this with quinoa as well - delicious!0
