  • Hi all, keen to start a jillian program again after past success with her dvds. Think I'll start with 30ds and incorporate no more trouble zones on a weekend when I have time for March and then see how I get on! :smile:
  • March motivation-keep going with weight loss, eating right and progress with my running. I'm going to try to be AF for the month as I know I'm more likely to be able to do those things if I do. Just need to keep my head in check whilst work is being stressful and not over eat and lose heart :smile:
  • Since Dec I've made lots of positive changes in my life. I had a dry jan and only had 3 drinks in feb so far. I'm so pleased with that. I feel much better.   • Hi everyone, happy 3rd feb! I went to a friends last night and drank water and juice and then was able to drive my friends home which felt really good as I've only just learnt to drive.
