Feel free to add me. I am in north wales and I log in several times a day. I am trying to up my fitness level so have invested in an exercise bike and am cycling 12k a day hoping to gradually increase to 25k a day. I need as much motivation as possible so would be glad to be your friend!

front of leg slightly off centre towards the outside. New running shoes. I wear orthotics for plantar fasciitis as well.Running at about 8kmh so not fast.

I buy the funsize packets of sweets. Those little 18g bags of skittles really soothe my craving for sweet stuff and are factored into my daily calorie intake!
