Keeping it one day at a time to me is personally the most effective method to keep on track. Thinking too far in the future as to how you want to look and how you will feel when you look the way you want can be distracting. Find a Balance.There is nothing wrong with you tasting whilst baking, but remember consuming too much is only adding unnecessary calories to your daily target. If you over eat then there has to be a sacrifice later on in the day as to not exceed your target .
